Minimum Order Requirement: 30 Sarees

We currently do not operate on a retail or single-piece order basis.

Payments & Order Confirmation

To maintain smooth operations and premium service standards:

  • Prepaid payment is preferred for all orders
  • Orders are confirmed and processed only after successful payment verification
  • COD facility may be available only for selected partners or approved business orders
  • Advance payment is mandatory for customized and made-to-order collections
Noman Saree reserves the complete right to approve, decline, or cancel any order if payment terms are not fulfilled or business policies are violated.

For all customized or exclusive orders:

  • Design approvals must be carefully reviewed before confirmation
  • Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity and order volume
  • Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded
As these collections are specially crafted according to your business requirements, we request all partners to confirm every detail carefully before production approval.

Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, courier operations, and delivery location
  • Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control
Partners are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid unnecessary delays or delivery issues.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

As a wholesale and bulk-order business, Noman Saree follows a structured Return & Refund policy.

Please Note:

  • Returns or refunds are not applicable under standard circumstances
  • Exchange or suitable resolution may only be considered in genuine cases such as:

    • Transit damage
